Returns & Refund Policy

At, we take pride in the quality and comfort of our slippers, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, our Returns & Refund Policy is here to ensure a smooth and easy process to rectify this for you.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Slippers must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Please note: Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

How to Return

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Label: We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and return instructions.
  3. Pack & Send: Pack the items securely and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.
  4. Confirmation: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the product. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to the address provided by our customer service team.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

For any item that was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.


To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided by our customer service team.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item). The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
